Health care organizations often struggle to engage and communicate with their front line workers, foster collaboration among them and encourage pursuit of organizational priorities. In an era of digital communications, how can a health care organization with 25,000 employees and 2600 physicians leverage communications, collaboration and/or productivity tools to engage and empower front line workers who do not often check work email and have limited computer access?

Your challenge will be to develop workflows or strategies that allow leaders and colleagues to communicate more effectively with front-line health care providers and empower them to act on organizational priorities, or collaborate and act on grassroot initiatives that can improve patient care.
