Daniel Schwartz is a nephrologist and Medical Director of the Fraser Health renal program and program lead for the Fraser Health peritoneal dialysis program. He is also an internist at the Royal Columbian Hospital/UBC Clinical Teaching Unit and Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of British Columbia. His clinical interests are focused on peritoneal dialysis, interventional nephrology and advanced CKD management. He also has a keen interest in knowledge translation at the point of care and the intersection of information technology with clinical medicine. He is the creator of many online and mobile medical education offerings, including NephrologyNow, MedicalPearls and QxMD.
